Terms and conditions

1. Once we have received a £100 deposit per week, your booking will become in writing. The person making the booking guarantees payment to of the total cost of the apartment and also does so for all others for whom the booking is made.

2. A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week is required to confirm bookings. The balance must be paid six weeks prior to departure date. If booking is made within six weeks of the holiday, then full payment must be made at the time of booking to ensure confirmation of booking. The owners reserve the right to cancel the booking if payment is not received by the due date.

3. The owners are not responsible in respect of: death, bodily injury, accident, illness, loss or mishap to any guests whilst visiting the property. All guests are strongly advised to take out an appropriate travel/holiday insurance before leaving the UK.

4. Written notification must be given by the the lead booking name if the booking is to be cancelled. Cancellation shall be determined by the date that this written notice is received and it follows that:

Cancellation
The deposit is non refundable.
Cancellation within 6 weeks (42 days) of the holiday: the full payment is non refundable.
If however we are able to re-let your week we will return your payment (including deposit) in full.
Please ensure you have adequate holiday insurance including a cancellation clause.

5. The accommodation provided is only for the use of a maximum number of 6 people.

6. The owners reserve the right to request a security deposit of £100 along with the final payment. This will be returned within thirty days after the holiday unless the management company report any damage or excess cleaning requirements.

7. Guests are specifically requested not to allow children to play unsupervised in and around the pool and on the balcony.

8. Smoking inside the apartment or on the balcony is not permitted.

9. Pets are not permitted.

10. Any damage caused to the apartment during your occupancy will be the responsibility of the lead booking name and charged accordingly.

11. You may take occupancy of the apartment from 3pm on the day you arrive and vacate the apartment no later than 11am on the day of departure.
