The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils and crockery for 6 people. There is an electric oven and 4 ring hob with extractor above. There is also a fridge freezer, microwave oven and automatic washing machine.

Also in the living area is the dining area with dining table and 6 chairs and place setting for 6 people. Four chairs are shown below, with one in the living room and the other at the dressing table in the main bedroom.

The living room has a large double sofa bed, coffee table, remote TV and DVD player. There is an air conditioning unit (running is included in price) to keep the apartment cool in the summer, which can also function as a heater in the winter. Large glass patio doors leading out to a splendid balcony.
